Experienced Welder

Our company is looking for a highly talented Tig Welder to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations. Your chief responsibilities will include interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components.

To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery and processes. The successful candidate will also have a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail.

Hours: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, Overtime possible.

Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
  • Weld small and large components from a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
  • Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
  • Maintain and repair all machinery.
  • Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
  • Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
  • Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a welder.
  • Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.

CNC Haas Lathe Operator

  • Ability to program and setup lathe required
  • Able to read and understand customer drawings
  • Able to use OD and ID micrometers and calipers
  • Able to work alone or with a team
  • Have a good work ethic
  • Keep machines and work area clean and tidy
  • $25.00 to start with experience

IT Position Available

We are looking for someone to oversee the company’s computer system, maintain information systems and networks. Upgrade and install new hardware and software. Perform troubleshooting, handle back up of data and manage network security.

  • Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Heading up the companies Cyber Security program & NIST compliance.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Additional duties as needed:

  • Assist Quality Assurance with AS9100D certification compliance.

Experienced Screen Printer

We are looking to hire a talented screen printer with an eye for detail to oversee our company’s screen printing process. As a lead screen printer, you will be responsible for creating the printing design pattern, mixing the correct ink colors, loading the screen onto the printer, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after each batch.

To ensure success as a screen printer, you should exhibit advanced artistic skills, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and have excellent hand-eye coordination. Ultimately, a top-level screen printer can create beautifully designed articles that fully meet the customer's specifications.

Hours : 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, Overtime possible, could be required to work in other departments when work is slow.

Salary depends on experience.

Screen Printer Responsibilities:

  • Receiving work order jobs for screen printing.
  • Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
  • Designing screen patterns according to customer specifications.
  • Selecting screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings.
  • Loading screens into the printer.
  • Installing and repositioning screen-printing plates and pressure roles.
  • Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Screen Printer Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous work experience as a screen printer.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • High level of creative and artistic skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.
